What the app does

This is a static directory. It has no visitor accounts, enquiry form, booking system or payment flow. Searching and filtering run in your browser against the bundled public catalogue. We do not receive your search as a submitted enquiry.

Filters are reflected in the page URL. That URL can remain in your browser history, be shared by you and be sent to the host when you load or reload it. Do not enter sensitive information into the search.

Browser storage and comparison

The app uses local storage on this website’s origin under uk-specialist-roof-shortlist-v1 to remember up to three roof-provider IDs. It reads and writes this selection on page load where storage is available, including an empty selection. It does not store your name, contact details or project description.

The selection persists in that browser until you clear it or your browser removes site data. Use Compare → Clear shortlist to remove the saved selection; an empty value may remain. Your browser’s clear-site-data controls remove the key itself. If storage is blocked, the selection may not persist. Separate devices and browsers do not share it.

Print comparison uses your browser’s print dialog. Copy profile links writes the selected public profile links to your clipboard when you press the copy button and the browser permits it.

Cloudflare hosting and cookies

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit the hosted site, Cloudflare receives the network information needed to serve and protect it, such as your IP address, requested address, browser information and request time. Cloudflare may process security logs and use security cookies depending on its service configuration. The directory’s own code does not set cookies.

Cloudflare explains its processing and service cookies in its Privacy Policy and cookie documentation. The publisher cannot remove Cloudflare records using the shortlist controls.

Advertising and analytics

This release contains no advertising or analytics scripts, tracking pixels, embedded maps, remote fonts or third-party widgets. This site includes passive Google AdSense and Search Console ownership meta tags. They sit in the page HTML and do not load advertising or analytics scripts.

Advertising will remain disabled until approval and the required privacy and consent setup are ready. This notice and the relevant choices must be reviewed before adding advertising or analytics.

External links and public information

Provider and reference links take you to external websites with their own privacy practices. These services receive information when you follow their links; they are not embedded in the directory. Published business information and source references are public directory content. The shared public JSON download contains both roof and LEV records, as labelled on the About page.

Email correspondence

Email sent to Albervos is processed by the sender’s email provider and Proton. We use the content and reply address to handle the request and keep correspondence only as needed for that purpose and any applicable obligations. Avoid sending sensitive information. You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your correspondence using the contact address above.

Changes

This notice describes this release. New external services, forms, advertising or storage uses require a fresh review and an updated notice.
